Capt. GEORGE ELMS SEARS Died in Victoria, BC on May 6, 2015. George was born at home on October 26, 1931 near Sackville, NB. He moved to Moose Jaw, SK in 1947 with his parents and siblings, and worked on the railroad before joining the Canadian Armed Forces. He joined the Navy on March 27, 1951 and served in the Korean War. During his time in the navy, he served on the HMCS Ontario, Athabasca, Venture, New Glasgow, Oriole, St. Laurent, St. Crois, Qu’Apelle and Restigouche. George Continue reading

In loving memory of R.H. Doyle Twemlow who passed away peacefully, at home, on May 3 2015. He was 86. He was predeceased by his parents Catherine and William and his brother Ted, and is sadly missed and survived by his wife Mary and children Dr. Diane (David), Dr. Greg, John and Jane (Tony) and his grandchildren Colin and Jeffrey. SHORE, Carol Lynn Carol passed away suddenly and peacefully on April 13th, with her loved ones at her side, at the Royal Jubilee Hospital, Intensive Care Unit.
