Vincent Dean Hawke

Vince was born in Hinton, Alberta on May 17, 1965

He married his sweetie Lindsey on December 5, 1987 in Edmonton, Alberta

They moved to Victoria, British Columbia in 1998 and have spent 36 wonderful years together.

Vince left this earth on November 22, 2021 in Victoria, British Columbia. He had a heart attack in his home in Victoria. He is predeceased by his father Homer Hawke, his mother Peggy Hawke, sister Leanne Hawke and paternal grandparents Percy and Mary Hawke.

He is survived by his wife Lindsey Hawke, sister Wanda, brother Doug, nephew Kaleb and nieces Kenadee, Trinity, Nayeli & Hannya

Vince had a zest for the ocean and all life on the island had to offer!

Vince worked driving highway coach and concrete mixer trucks and really enjoyed the people he worked with. Vince made many great friends over the years and always had a smile and a helping hand.

Besides the beautiful weather Vince and Lindsey enjoyed fishing, crabbing and exploring their beautiful surroundings together with their many fur babies over the years! Vince left us with many happy memories he created for us and his smile and warmth with always be in our hearts. Vince always tried to find a positive in everything and he has passed that along to all who’s lives he touched!

Vince, you will forever be in our hearts and always in our thoughts!
