We offer five payment options for services rendered. A receipt of payment will be provided. If paying in person, please schedule a time with your funeral director so that we can ensure someone will be at the office to receive payment.
1) E-transfer funds to info@pacificcoastcremation.com. Depending on your daily e-transfer limit from your bank or credit union, you may have to make multiple payments on different days. Please reference the file number or name of the deceased as a note.
2) Cheque- Please make cheques payable to “Pacific Coast Cremation”. The cheque can be dropped off at the front desk or mailed to 717 Goldstream Avenue, Victoria, BC V9B 2X4.
3) Bank Draft- The executor can take the invoice to the deceased’s bank with a notarized copy of the death certificate and will. The bank will issue a bank draft from the deceased’s account even if the account has been frozen for estate matters.
4) Cash-Â Cash payments can be made at the front desk. Please note that Pacific Coast Cremation keeps a limited amount of cash on premise. To ensure we are able to provide the correct change and promptly deposit the payment at the bank, kindly inform your Funeral Director in advance.
5) Credit Card – Credit card payments can be made at the front desk or over the phone by calling 778-433-9344.

If you are not completely satisfied with any of our services or facility offerings, we will reduce or eliminate the charge.
Funeral and cremation costs can be very confusing. All our prices are clearly disclosed on our general price list and website.
