René Antonio Soto Taylor was born February 8, 2006, in Cuernavaca, Mexico, and died at home in Victoria, Canada, July 21, 2015, due to neuroblastoma. René became a Canadian citizen on October 15, 2014. Survivors include his parents, Jose Luis Soto and Julia C. DAYTON, William Walter Passed away peacefully at home on July 19, 2015 at age 88. Bill was born in Victoria January 7th, 1927. He had three children, John, Thomas and Kerry and nine grandchildren. He was a machinist who had a long career at CFB Esquimalt. He was an active member of the Union. Bill enjoyed many years of retirement at home.
