Elburn James (E.J.) Ottewell

It is with deep sadness, we announce the loss of our beloved husband, dad, and grandpa. Elburn passed away peacefully at Saanich Peninsula Hospital on February 7, 2021. Born March 11, 1939, in Edmonton, Alberta, Elburn was raised in Clover Bar and graduated from the University of Alberta in 1960 with a degree in Civil Engineering. 1945-2021 It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Nita Ruitenbeek, beloved wife of John for 49 years, mother of Laura (Michael), Sharon (Randy), and David (Julie), and Oma to three grandchildren.
