It is with deep sadness, we announce the loss of our beloved husband, dad, and grandpa. Elburn passed away peacefully at Saanich Peninsula Hospital on February 7, 2021. Born March 11, 1939, in Edmonton, Alberta, Elburn was raised in Clover Bar and graduated from the University of Alberta in 1960 with a degree in Civil Engineering. In November 1964, Elburn married the love of his life, Margaret. Together they had two boys; Kevin, daughter-in-law Jennifer, and Stephen, daughter-in-law Christine. Continue reading
