Michael Joseph Eiers passed away peacefully surrounded by love and kindness on January 16, 2025 in Saanichton, BC at the age of 90. Mike was born on July 5, 1934 in Rural Gimli Manitoba where he lived on the family farm in Berlo. He learned at a young age to do things with care, laughter and an exceptional work ethic. Gerard Joseph Ferron
Gerard Joseph Ferron, born June 12, 1944 to Marion Poirier and Leven Ferron, in St. John, New Brunswick, passed away peacefully on January 23, 2025, at Cowichan District Hospital at age 80. A former merchant marine and offset pressman, he later worked in government administration until retirement in 2008. Jacob (Jake) was born in Nes, The Netherlands on April 22, 1933. In 1974 he moved to Canada with his family where he started his own business still existing today as Mid Valley Manufacturing located in Abbotsford, BC. He leaves behind his loving wife, Tina, 11 children, and numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
