Sandra Noelle Dyck

Sandra Dyck went to be with her Lord and Saviour on April 21, 2021 after a 2 year battle with cancer, and her family was with her until the end. She was a devoted and loving wife, mother, grandmother and sister. Sandra was born in Vancouver on Dec. 20, 1955, the first child of Alvin and Grace Teel. Frank Webb

Frank Webb, aged 91, of Victoria, BC, passed away peacefully  on March 24, 2021, at the Victoria General Hospital. He immigrated to Canada from England as a young man and worked as a Sheet Metal Worker until retirement.  He enjoyed his retirement as a snowbird and traveled extensively.  He  loved his two main hobbies of gardening and carving and produced many excellent figurines.  He will be missed by his special loved one and is survived by three siblings. Randy David Machtmes

May 15, 1975 - March 25, 2021 Randy was born in Kamloops, BC and was the firstborn son of Ed and Gail Machtmes. The family moved to Victoria in 1978, where Randy would live for the rest of his life. He joined the military, and spent his personal time giving his support, strength and love to his community, his church, his friends and his family.
