Betty Diane Robinson

It is with great sadness that I announce the passing of my mother, Diane Robinson nee Gordon at the age of 91.
She was born in Portage La Prairie and then move with her family to Rossland BC. She was predeceased by her parents, her husband Robert Robinson of McAdam, New Brunswick, and her brother Culverwell Weldon (Don) Gordon. She is survived by her siblings Bryan Gordon of Ottawa, Mearle Roy and Margaret Davies of Spokane Washington. She is also survived by her 2 children (Elizabeth and Marc), 3 grandchildren (Kristin, Ryan, Hannah), and 2 great grand children (Olivia and Caleb).
She was very proud to be a Registered Nurse having graduated from Vancouver General Hospital in 1955. My parents married in 1956. She travelled the world and lived in many cities across Canada, USA, and the Middle East with my father who was a member of the Canadian Armed Forces. She was very active in her church and volunteered where she could. She loved Scottish country dancing
She resided at Parkwood Court for the last 6 months and enjoyed every moment. I want to thank all the staff at Parkwood Court for all the wonderful care and support they provided to her.
There is be no service and her remains along with my fathers will be scattered at the location where they met, Rossland, BC.
