It is with heavy hearts that we announce the peaceful passing of Bob Starr on August 25, 2023 at Royal Jubilee Hospital surrounded by his family. He was born on July 5, 1947 in Vancouver. It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Florence Fong Chow on May 13, 2022 after a courageous battle with ovarian cancer.
