Passed away on July 27, 2018. He succumbed to brain cancer. David was born in Woodstock, Ont. Nov 5th 1958 to parents Hilde and Joseph Boleszczuk (predeceased). He is survived by his wife, Carol Boleszczuk, siblings Hans Reinhard Lill (Doris) of Lubben Germany, Gary Boleszczuk (Karen) of Halifax, NS, Peter Boliszczuk (Maureen) of Mission BC , Andrew Boleszczuk of Regina, Sask. and Margaret Nadalin (Bill) of Sweeburg, Ont.
