Mrs Pamela (Pam) Kathleen Baanstra (née Smith) died peacefully at Royal Jubilee Hospital in Victoria, BC in the early hours of November 26, 2015 at the age of 78. Pam was born on June 7, 1937 Edmonton, AB.
