Dave ran out of steam and hung up his slide rule on November 27, 2018 in Victoria, BC. He was predeceased by his wife, Neva (nee Nonis) and leaves behind his daughter, Barbara (Bart), son, Brian (Ross) and close friends, the Elbers. His love of life started out on September 4, 1928 in Crawford Bay and carried on with a move to Trail in 1940.
