LACEY, Carl November 25, 1947 - November 15, 2015 Age 67, was born in Brantford, Ontario, but journeyed west in his early 20's to make Victoria, BC his new home. He quickly discovered his passion for fly fishing in the countless mountain lakes of the Rockies. His career in funding start-up companies gave him the opportunity to travel the globe where he made many new friends.
