Herbert Maurice Raper passed away on Saturday, March 9, 2019. Dad having been named after his father Herbert, went by his middle name Maurice. Maurice was born on August 14, 1930 in Toronto, Ontario and resided in Toronto until 1967. In Victoria, BC, at the age of 87, Emily passed away peacefully. The youngest daughter of Charles and Bessie (Cox) Saunders, she was born and raised on their dairy farm in Berwick, N.S.
