Herbert Maurice Raper passed away on Saturday, March 9, 2019. Dad having been named after his father Herbert, went by his middle name Maurice. Maurice was born on August 14, 1930 in Toronto, Ontario and resided in Toronto until 1967. Maurice, his wife (Kathleen) and three children drove across Canada to northern British Columbia where he continued his career as a Tin Smith.
