Passed away suddenly at home in Victoria, B.C. on April 6th, 2014. Kevin was born March 24, 1964 in Brockville, Ontario and went to public and high schools in Sarnia and participated in SMAA Sports. After graduating high school he joined the military and retired after 21 years of service and then was hired back as a civilian and currently working at Esquimalt Naval Base, Victoria.
