Sandra (Sandi) Claire Archer (nee Richardson) passed away the evening of December 4th, 2018, within the Victoria General Hospital (VGH) ICU shortly after moving to palliative care. She suffered a stroke due to a burst cerebral aneurism on the morning of November 29th, 2018 and never regained consciousness. Her immediate family members remained by her side for 5 days while she was on assisted breathing in the ICU until she was moved to Palliative Care and taken off breathing assist.
