Peacefully passed away at Victoria General Hospital Monday Oct 18th 21, age 81. Son of the late Harry and Elna Larsen, Fred is loving hubby of Pat Broughton; loving father of Brenda Hall (Mike) of Winnipeg MB, Lisa Schweitzer (Garry Paps) of Chatham ON and son, Kirk Larsen (Jackie Caron) of Winnipeg MB.
