Died peacefully surrounded by her family on December 29, 2015. Merna is lovingly remembered by her children, Sharon (Don) Lassey, Donna (Lorne) Seaman and Bob (Donna) Fleming; grandchildren, Kathy (Rick) Campion, Sherri (Jon) Weston, Michael Hannem, Anja (Shaun) Lewis and Jamie (Shanna) Fleming; her numerous great grandchildren; and her brothers, Norman (Marie) Scott and Lawrence Scott.
Cremation entrusted to Pacific Coast Cremation.
An Open House will be held on Sunday, January 3, 2016 from 2:00 pm to 5:00 pm at 7163 Cedar Brook Place in Sooke.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Victoria Women in Need Community Co-op, 1803 Cook Street, Victoria BC V8T 3P5
