Condolence Messages

  1. I read this obituary this morning, exactly two years to the day after it was posted. My morning Bible readings today had me reaching for a small bible I don’t generally use, but have treasured for many years. Inside the front cover dated 9th May 1987, is written. “Wishing you every blessing to-day and always, Sincerely Darryle + Reta B. Proverbs 3:5-6.” Through the years I have grappled with the message in this verse, finally accepting it as living truth. Darryle had always stood in my heart and mind as a living example of how to trust the Lord with all one’s heart. I wish I could have shared with him the influence his example has had in my life. Today I send my condolences to Mr. Blacks family, I pray you find a place of peace in his memory.
