Grant Christian Schwartzentruber was born on July 9, 1945 in Blake, Ontario and died on December 11, 2023 in Victoria, BC of pancreatic cancer.  He is survived by one daughter, Tamara Lynn (partner Robin Mercy, grandsons Akasha and Kirin); and two sons, Jeremy Andrew (Neeltje Boogert, granddaughters Maia and Nora); and Bennet Ian Tedric (Julia Tan).
