After completion of the online arrangement a director will contact you to discuss other important details that are applicable and not included online, such as: name of cemetery, day and time of burial, providing clothing for the deceased, viewing details, hiring a celebrant or clergy person, memorial cards, flowers, etc.
Embalming is not required by law but is recommended for viewing or if there is a delay between time of death and burial. Embalming is performed to sanitize, prevent the deceased from deteriorating, and to restore the deceased to a more natural appearance.
