I have fond memories of cousin Robin coming home in the summer and hanging out with us, he was more like an uncle to us younger ones. Say hi to mom and Margie Robin and rest easy.

I am so sorry to hear of Robin’s passing. I had tried to find him when I visited Victoria, but could not. We had 8 years together in Calgary and I thought of him often.

Robin was my best friend. He was honest, hard working, funny, smart, always positive, respect full, always ask how you where doing, handsome, a really good man.
PS He would give you the shirt of his back if you where in need and you wouldn’t even have to ask him !!!
Robin thank you for the great memories, see you in heaven, make sure the “beer” is cold ***

Robin was an employee of mine initially back in the early 1990’s , but became a friend. He made every day interesting, and was an extraordinary individual.
Talented, knowledgeable, very creative, and with a sharp sense of humour he made in impact on anyone who knew him.
After moving to Victoria further to leaving Calgary, a series of events had an impact on his health, and his lifestyle wasn’t helping, however his life went it’s course and now I am learning he passed away after Googling his name trying to catch up with him as I had done over the years.
Life will be a little bit emptier knowing he’s gone. RIP Robin !

Was so pleased to meet George when they met by chance at the docks in Victoria . I have just been reading the book The last Romantic . It is a lovely story of my Great uncle of whom’s name sake many of us share . Wished We had the chance to meet , from all accounts a well loved man .
