Richard Buhlers, 63, passed away suddenly on February 19, 2016. Richard was a life-long resident of Victoria and is survived by his sisters Victoria and Irene and several nieces and nephews. He will be sadly missed by his family and friends. A celebration of Richard’s life will be held at a later date.
