Mary Lee passed away on March 10, 2025, in the arms of Patrick, her beloved soulmate and husband of 54 years. She was a loving and devoted mother to her three children: son James (Erin) of Winnipeg, daughter Kelly of Winnipeg, son Michael (Aliza) of Victoria. She loved and enjoyed being grandma to Victoria, Benjamin, Katie Lee, Carter, Aidyn, and Daria Lee. Mary Lee was born January 29, 1948, in Edmonton, the middle child of seven children. March 22, 1956 – February 19, 2025 Timothy was predeceased by his father Denis Brayshaw, sister Tammy, Timothy is survived by his mother Louise Healy, sisters Cindy (Randy) & Connie (Tom), sons Blayne, Austin, Carson Kerr plus numerous nieces and nephews. December 21, 1938 - February 17, 2025 George was born on a stormy winter night in the isolated northern highlands of Cape Breton Island, NS, delivered by midwife and eagerly welcomed as the first son. A hyper active, curious and entrepreneurial young boy; he was once caught selling his father’s home-brew in pop bottles to his little friends, and infamously singed his own eyebrows in an ill-advised attempt to clear snow more efficiently by using dynamite. Michael Brelsford

It is with deep sadness that I announce the passing of my husband Michael Brelsford on February 19, 2025 at the age of 72. After his cancer diagnosis in 2023, Mike bravely endured the treatments and indignities of the disease, and maintained a positive spirit until the end. He is very deeply missed.
